Cosmo is a boxer/bulldog mix who only weighs about 40lbs, but she's packed to the brim with enthusiasm, affection, muscles, enthusiasm and enthusiasm. Did we mention enthusiasm? Cosmo loves people and will give kisses till the cows come home. Although she's energetic, she is also just about the snuggliest dog you'll ever meet, and she won't just love her owners, she'll adore them. She has a repertoire of cute expressions that will make you putty in her paws. Once Cosmo gets to run around a bit, she calms down nicely and can spend happy hours at the feet of her humans.  Cosmo has lived with two small boys and she is very comfortable around kids, but she's also a muscular dynamo so when she gets to playing hard outside she could be a bit overwhelming for the littlest ones - older kids will love her though!   Cosmo has lived with other dogs and plays well with them in social situations, but she can be bossy with other dogs at home, so she'd probably do best as an only dog. Besides, she's a ham and an attention hog, so she can handle all the love a family can dish out. When it comes to small furry creatures like cats, hamsters, ferrets, etc., Cosmo is a little too interested, so no little furries in her forever home, please - no matter how hard she begs for one ;)  Cosmo had been adopted into a wonderful home and her family loved her very much, but her owners worked on an irregular schedule, which made Cosmo feel anxious. And when she felt anxious, she just HAD to go out and look for them - even if it meant busting through a window. They were heartbroken to have to let her go, but it was for her own safety. For this reason, Cosmo needs a home where her people will have a fixed work schedule, be able to take her to work (she loves that!) work at home so she can be with them to her hearts content - and to theirs! Cosmo is a very special girl with a whole lot to give in every department!
